Delivery
We know that once you have purchased your art supplies you are as keen as mustard to get them and get started on that special project.
All orders are securely packaged so all products arrive as they left; in perfect condition. Freight costs are determined by weight, and are calculated when going through the checkout process.
We only charge what the freight costs us - there are no extra charges such as packaging and handling.
Where possible we use Australia Post Express delivery. The larger items are sent via a courier. For regional areas - if there is no courier service then our next option is Grey Hound Buses. Australia Post will only take over sizes parcels if the is no courier and no bus service.
We will phone you will the exact pricing for freight and an approximate timeline, although we aim for 3 day delivery.
Returns
As we are very interested in retaining your business, if you are in any way dissatisfied with the products you have received, we will happily organise a refund or an exchange for you, so long as the products are returned to us within 14 (fourteen) days of you receiving them, undamaged and in original packaging. Postage will be the responsibility of the returning party. If there is something about the product you are unhappy with, please let us know, so we can provide feedback to our suppliers.
